Exchanges or Store credit will be permissible only in cases of defective merchandise out of the box. Please keep all packaging along with your order number and contact us within 7 days from receiving your order.  If the item is a gift for someone else, please contact us at the time of purchase and we may extend the warranty under special circumstances.

If you can provide us with photos or a video showing the defects than we may be able to get the manufacturer to ship you a new one ASAP without waiting for us to inspect the item.  Call us for details.

We will gladly replace all defective items at no additional cost to you.
